BMW Apprentice STEP Program
The BMW STEP Apprentice Program is a six month program designed to combine a BMW-specific, hands-on technical education and real world work experience as a BMW technician.
The apprentice application process is open to graduates of post-secondary school automotive programs (trade school or college) who wish to further their education and start rewarding career as a BMW technician.
The BMW STEP Apprentice program was established as a collaborative effort between BMW of North America, LLC and BMW Retail Centers in order to address the shortage of talented technicians and the growing demand for BMW products in the United States.
